In 2008 Sam and Sandy Sanders became the new owners or Fiddlestix Restaurant in Largo. The Sanders completely remodeled the inside with new tables, chairs, booths and bar with seating for 48. The inside looks bright and cheerful and feels brand new. They also put in new equipment in the kitchen and remodeled the both restrooms. As an added plus, you can now dine outside with outdoor seating for 12 and ceiling fans to cool you in warmer weather. Offering home-style cooking, Fiddlestix is open for breakfast and lunch, with daily specials for both (I love the corn beef hash...yummy and cheap).
